C. Thomas Brown was successful in convincing the State and arresting officer to reduce a DUI charge to reckless driving.  The client's performance on field sobriety test was a compelling reason for the reduction; however, we continue to recommend not submitting to FST due to the bias in scoring the performance in favor of failure.
