Effective October 2024, many who received Probation Before Judgment ("PBJ") for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol ("DUI") or Driving While Impaired by Alcohol ("DWI") may be eligible for an expungement. The time limit is 15 years after being discharged from probation, and certain restrictions, including a subsequent offense, may prohibit an expungement. Driving offenses involving drugs are ineligible.
