Plea Withdraw-Burglary reduced to misdemeanor

Posted by Thomas Brown | Oct 18, 2018 | 0 Comments

Tina Harris successfully had a client's Burglary plea withdrawn resulting in a misdemeanor conviction and time served disposition.  Ms. Harris represented the client at the sentencing hearing only and realized there were no facts to support a serious burglary conviction (there was no breaking into a dwelling that the client's prior lawyer, the prosecutor, and court failed to recognize!) and convinced the sentencing judge to permit the plea to be withdrawn.

Ms. Harris' diligence by preparing every client's case as if it will proceed to trial, analyzing the facts and defenses and “leaving no stone unturned” benefited her client by not having a burglary conviction on her record and receiving a reduced sentence.

If you have been charged with a criminal matter contact Tina Harris-she will fully prepare your defense and you can be assured everything will be done to obtain the best result possible.
