Marijuana Charges Dismissed-30 Pounds-Improper Stop I-95

The Circuit Court for Cecil County recently dismissed all charges against my client involving 30 pounds of marijuana. The Court granted my motion to supress all evidence due to an improper traffic stop on I-95 in Cecil County, MD. The Court agreed with my argument that the MSP did not have probable cause to stop the vehicle based upon the limited nature of the alleged minor traffic violation that was observed. Great result for client that reaffirms the fairness of our local bench in applying the proper law.
